Section 32
Power to make rules, procedures and guidelines

(1) The Commission may make necessary rules to implement the objectives of this Act. Among such rules, the approval of the Ministry of Finance should be obtained when making a rule that includes financial burden on the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Commission may formulate and implement necessary procedures or guidelines for conducting its work in an orderly manner.
